THE CANNERY : HERITAGE VEGETABLES and ORGANIC PRODUCTION
Located in the middle of the farm, the cannery employs about 10 persons and produces more than 400.000 preserves per year.
Prepared in traditional craftsmens' ways, these products nevertheless are made by the most efficient methods and conform to HACCP control requirements.
According to the harvests and the seasons, more than 70 new and original recipes are prepared. This allows our company "Oh! Légumes oubliés" to remain a leader in this market.
Our specialities are used by the greatest cooks and are distributed by wholesalers or importers in the most famous delicatessen shops.
