Look, discover and understand but also taste... That is our purpose !
In this day and age when suspicion about food increases, it appeared essential to us to let people discover the flavour of our grandmothers' vegetables, by means of a labelling system "gouter a la ferme" (tasting at the farm), and an introduction to the flavours of the past.
In a convivial atmosphere we offer our visitors a snack according to the seasons that will lead them on a path along the 4 essential flavours : sour, savoury, sweet and bitter.

From a set of recipes, you will discover around 20 plants, wild fruits or forgotten vegetables.
Wild nettles, potimarrons squash, baby patty pans, Chinese artichokes, Jerusalem artichokes, seedless grapes, Perigord verjuice, elderberries, bilberries, blueberries, green tomatoes, dandelion and elderflowers, bergamot mint, ground cherries or "amour en cage", and, among others, glasswort and wild blackberries will have no secrets for you.
Thanks to the quality and the originality of this "tasting at the farm" formula, we were rewarded with :
- in January 1997, the second National Prize of Holidays in France
- in April 1999, the Aquitaine Prize for Industrial Tourism, created by E.D.F.!
- in November 2004, the 3ème National Prize from « Bienvenue à la Ferme ».
